What is a Revolving Stock Facility?

A revolving stock facility is a financial service that allows businesses to access funds based on the value of their inventory. This service enhances cash flow by providing a flexible line of credit, enabling businesses to meet their financial obligations and invest in growth opportunities without waiting for sales to convert into cash. How Does a Revolving Stock Facility Work?

You apply for the revolving stock facility by submitting financial statements and inventory details to the lender.
Upon approval, the lender sets up a revolving line of credit to enable you to pay for good purchased from your suppliers.
Access multiple drawdowns – You can access additional drawdowns up to your facility limit without first needing to repay original borrowing.
Repayments are flexible, meaning you can repay part or all of the amount outstanding.
Funding revolved – The repaid funding is now available for you to use again for your next stock or goods purchase.
